This privacy notice describes how we might use your information if you download and use our mobile application, LegalDraftMaster.

1. Offline Operation & Document Privacy (Core Guarantee)

LegalDraftMaster operates primarily offline. We do not upload, collect, read, or store your legal drafts, documents, keystrokes, or confidential client data on our servers. All documents and templates you create or modify are saved securely and locally on your own device.

2. What Information Do We Collect?

Information automatically collected:

We automatically collect certain information when you visit, use, or navigate the App. This information does not reveal your specific identity (like your name or contact information) but may include device and usage information, such as:

• Device Data: We collect a unique, anonymized Device ID. This is required for our system to securely verify your trial status and manage Premium Activation Keys without requiring you to create an account, email login, or password.
• App Usage: We may collect anonymized diagnostic data (such as crash logs) to ensure the app functions optimally.

3. How Do We Use Your Information?

We process your information for purposes based on legitimate business interests, the fulfillment of our contract with you, compliance with our legal obligations, and/or your consent. Specifically, we use the Device ID to:

• Determine trial eligibility.
• Remotely unlock Premium features once authorized via our Admin systems.

4. Will Your Information Be Shared With Anyone?

We only share information with the following third-party services that help power LegalDraftMaster:

• Translation Services (Google Translate & MyMemory APIs): If you actively use the in-app "Translate" feature, the specific text you wish to translate is securely transmitted over the internet to these APIs solely to provide you with the translated result. We do not retain or store this text.
• Google Firebase: We use Firebase Realtime Database to securely store your anonymized Device ID and premium status. Firebase utilizes strict security rules and encrypted connections to keep your data safe.
• WhatsApp: If you choose to contact us for support, the app will route you to WhatsApp. Any information you share during that chat is subject to WhatsApp's Privacy Policy.

We do not sell, rent, or trade your information with any third parties for promotional purposes.

5. Is Your Information Safe?

We have implemented appropriate technical and organizational security measures designed to protect the security of any personal information we process. Our database is secured with strict cryptographic rules that prevent unauthorized public access or tampering. However, despite our safeguards and efforts to secure your information, no electronic transmission over the Internet or information storage technology can be guaranteed to be 100% secure.

6. Do We Collect Information From Minors?

We do not knowingly solicit data from or market to children under 18 years of age. By using the App, you represent that you are at least 18 or that you are the parent or guardian of such a minor and consent to such minor dependent’s use of the App.

We may update this privacy notice from time to time. The updated version will be indicated by an updated "Effective Date" and the updated version will be effective as soon as it is accessible.
